Bullerö nature reserve was founded in 1967 to ensure the availability of open-air life to the Swedish people. The nature reserve consists of 900 islands and islets, and provides nature experiences in a breathtaking environment with an interesting cultural history. Thanks to the many beautiful natural harbors, Bullerö is the perfect destination for those who enjoy sailing, motor boating, and canoeing. If you don’t have access to a boat, there are plenty of other ways to get to Bullerö and enjoy the Swedish archipelago at it’s best.
The nature reserve is run by the county administrative board through the supervisor Jan Olsén and Ann-Sofi Andersson together with four summer employees.
